Andrew Chamlin, Chief Marketing Officer at Aspargo Labs, brings extensive experience in health and wellness marketing across both domestic and international markets.
Previously, Mr. Chamlin served as Chief Marketing Officer for IPG Health, where he built and strengthened valued client relationships throughout the global network. Prior to joining IPG Health, Mr. Chamlin served as Global Chief Marketing Officer at McCann Health developing strategic partnerships with top pharmaceutical clients as well as Coca Cola, Bausch & Lomb, L’Oreal, and the United States Postal Service.
Mr. Chamlin came to McCann Health from Ironwood Pharmaceuticals, a biotech start-up based in Cambridge, MA. As Senior Vice President of Communications, he built the company’s digital marketing Center of Excellence and led both the market research and marketing operations departments. He further explored his interest in early-stage companies with roles at health and wellness startup, Revolution Health—where he was hired by Steve Case of AOL to lead their marketing and advertising sales division.
Mr. Chamlin honed his digital credentials at WebMD, where he served as General Manager of medscape.com. His division was responsible for the delivery and development of transformative marketing and promotional programs for global pharmaceutical and health and wellness clients.
In addition to startup experience, Mr. Chamlin spent several years at two pharmaceutical giants. As Director of Marketing at Pfizer, he led teams in the respiratory and cardiovascular franchises for both Zyrtec and Caduet, a Lipitor/Norvasc line extension. Prior to Pfizer, Mr. Chamlin was at Johnson & Johnson where he ultimately served internationally as Group Product Director for the women’s health consumer products franchise.
Mr. Chamlin holds a BA from the University of Wisconsin and earned his MBA from Columbia Business School.
