Marc van Unen serves as General Manager – Germany at Aspargo Labs, bringing over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry in various therapeutic fields such as cardiovascular & central nervous system medicine, urology, hormone, and antibiotic treatments.
Mr. van Unen has international experience in the USA, England, and most recently as Regional Marketing Head in Asia where he was responsible for Bayer’s General Medicine portfolio. Mr. van Unen now heads the cardiovascular department at BMS and is committed to ensuring that patients are treated or protected from thromboembolic events and that awareness and diagnosis in this area are improved. In addition to his work, Mr. van Unen is a visiting lecturer at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and has published his book: Product Launch Playbook – introducing new products in the innovative healthcare industry. He is an active member of the European International Business Academy.
Mr. van Unen holds a degree in economics from Erasmus University in Rotterdam and has a doctorate in International Business Administration from the Bradford School of Management in England.
